Hi everyone, its me again

How can I make a ferro titanium fountain with as much mix in as possible but without ramming it as I have heard can result in a small a spark lighting the mix which could be very dangerous.

Lightly press the mix in increments or make a cone fountain and again lightly press the mix and then add a thick card disk at the end and then put some sort of strong filler in the bottom to seal it off and stop it from blowing out.
