OK - This goes out to any fellow pyro's in the dear ol' US

I shall be travelling from S.Carolina to Louisiana during September. I would love to meet and chat to any of our cousins across the pond - swap formula/stories and generally see what innovations are you guys are coming up with.

If you are near that route, and (more importantly) you feel you would be able to put up with a brit who not only smells of sulphur, but also has "that mad glint" in his eye then please let me know. My wife and I would love to meet up.

Also - if anybody knows any more US specific pyro forums whewre this message will be better targetted then please post them below.

Update! I shall also be hitting NY and WashingtonDC - pyro's in those areas who want to meet up are also appreciated.....

I unfortunately don't live anywhere near those areas. You may want to check on those various clubs and see if anyone is having a shoot around the time you'll be there. The Crackerjacks and FPAG are the ones I'd look into most seriously. They may even be able to put you in contact with people along your route.

Lucky Yankee bastards. A pyro club in almost every village and no restrictions on manufacture for immediate use. :)

APC forum is a good place for artificers
Pyrouniverse is a good place to find pro and amateur users of fireworks.

Keep mannequins and watermelons away from fireworks..they always get hurt..
