Importing fireworks is a specialist art. You the importer have to be totally sure that the fireworks and their packaging is suitable for the UK market, including instructions and safety warnings printed in ENGLISH and several other criterion. You are also involved in ensuring that the sender uses an appropriate method of delivery -in most cases an ADR Courier and and IMDG shipping line (usually excluding a passenger ferry!)

IN most cases Polish fireworks will have the instructions in Polish only, they will also arrive by box on a general courier's van from Europe by channel ferry, neither of which are compliant.

Hey arthur thanks for the advice.
So that means that it would be the buyers responsability to make sure they come not bye the average van is that right? so if you did order some fireworks from them would you be introuble or just your pyro seazed?. Im just really took in bye some of their cakes but if it means i could get into trouble i would obviously not order.

for the price of a couple of cakes and some shells you could get a professional in to do a display and get lots more fireworks for your dosh. plus you wont get your door kicked in.

You are totally right pyro PDC. You are also right because ive had problems with the police before and this would just give them something to get onto mate.
