Just wondered if any of you guys had any of these kicking around I could buy? The shells are approx 1.75", too small for a 2" tube, I could paste more brown paper on them, but on such small shells I don't really want to add to them and risk the break charge not being quite man enough. I'd be happy with card/GRP or HDPE.

I have a pile of them in the garage - some cardboard, some fiberglass and some HDPE. However, since I live in the US, the cost of mailing them would end up more than the cost of you buying a length of HDPE pipe and making your own. I wonder if I could get away with using the cardboard ones as mailing tubes, like putting a newspaper cutting or something inside, since printed paper rate is more reasonable.
