In the process of setting up my first set of lance work and am having real trouble getting hold of sticky match everyone seems to be sold out. So at my disposal I have visco, quick match and black match fuse, so which would be best.
my thoughts are black match fuse laid out on top of some cellotape and then another layer over the top, but would this work ok? I know the visco burns too slowly, but like i say i have quick match as well that i can use
suggestions and ideas please.

Quickmatch. Make a small cut in the match pipe (like a little diamond) and put this hole over the top of every lance. Brown parcel tape can then be placed over the top of the match and part way down the lance to hold it onto the top of each lance.

Alternatively you can do it the old fashioned way. Hold the match over the top of the lance and push a glass bead headed dressmakers pin through the match pipe into the lance. Then tape over the top as before to hold it in.

I assume that you are using commercial bought lances?

Oh! and make sure you make some shortcuts by bridging the match in places to ensure everything lights. In other words don't just rely on one length to do it all. Make a few shortcuts. For instance if you were just doing a big circle, run a length of match across the centre of the circle to make a shortcut for the fire. It helps with more instant ignition and gives a second chance should there be a problem with the match and it stops partly through the burn.

I have found 2-4 strands of black match encased thoroughly in parcel tape does the trick, as it has some of the confinement of quickmátch but not quite as fast or as liable to come loose from its fixings. Unless very well fixed, commercial quickmatch can jolt and rip itself away from the lance tubes. Alternatively you can pull some of the cores out of the blackmatch to tame it a little.
You can never have a long enough fuse...
