just seems strange that a professional company would mislead their staff to think they are legally allowed to sell fireworks from home??

I have only sold these to friends and friends only. I trust them in there abilty to use correctly. In all honesty they are all EX forces like my self!

You're missing the point though, you need a premises that is licenced to sell fireworks, completely separate from any storage licence you may have - otherwise you are trading illegally.

I don't know why you felt you had to remove the images.

May be it's because the fireworks have been imported illegally. Ghengis have never imported that rocket with a metallic head. They have only ever been imported as a 1.4g item with a folding stick in a mesh cage.

But don't worry I already saved the images and so did Norman at Ghengis.

I'm curious. Who is the Bristol based company that fires 60+ shows in November that you work for? I can only think of two in that area and I can't see either of them allowing their firers to sell fireworks to their friends under their license?

Not looking good.

Year ago you had HSE, MERS and a Firearms lience to store and aquaire HPR, APCO etc. Now you don't just an aquire so any run of the mill can obtain items, store to 5kg.
I've not just done a CAT4 corse ive also done my stores, retial an sales.

MSER not MESR

ACOP not APCO

Your grammar is horrendous but from what I could understand:

HSE are responsible for HSE licenced stores only, I seriously doubt you have an HSE store.

MSER are the regulations covering the manufacture and storage of explosives, if you are in light of these regulation you will know what you have done is against the rules and there are no exceptions.

Firearms licences are irrelevant to the storage of fireworks.

Yes any person (over the age of 18) can obtain consumer firework, for their own personal use.

Completing a Cat 4 training course does not allow you to sell fireworks, this deems you a competent user of professional firework in the eyes of the course operators.

Not quite sure what you mean by 'I have done my stores' and saying you worked in retail and sales does not allow you to sell fireworks.

I know one large company very well in bristol and have already emailed Leigh to see if they know you, who is it you fire for?

Masterchief,

By all means I believe it is the obligation of this forum and its memebrs to correct people if they may have mis-understood things and be pointed in the right direction. HOWEVER my personal belief is that if you are going to correct someone or indeed try and force some form of authority upon them then it should be done by somebody who would not be a hypocrit in doing so.

I have bitten my tongue over this but isnt it you who ILLEGALLY imported Bangers or Petards and sold them on youtube? I think so pal so get off your high horse as its quite clearly you who does not fully understand the rules and reg's or should i say you willfully broke them? Getting Cat-4 sent by royal mail? and also selling cat 4 to non- Professional, insured people?

Ime sorry if this offends you however i do not like hypocrits if youve got something to say but dont follow that very same thing then ime affraid you have no grounds to comment.
