not if the bp is in a pipe.

Just do not know.

The two reports conflict, as well
r.e. the terrorism charge.

Would love to know the details/outcome of this incident - but you can never tell with our hyped media coverage, were these arrests part of an on-going terrorist investigation, if so, I believe the offence carries a potential maximum sentence of 14 years imprisonment under the Explosives Substances Act 1883 if found guilty = lets hope they have caught real terrorists and not an innocent firework maker with honourable intentions.

Yes you are right Keith there are over zealous policing at times.

For instance the man from London at the AGM who was charged with terrorism I believe.
Sidney Alford was involved with his defence and the case was dismissed, but what that guy had to go through was horrendous. Within minutes of talking to him you could tell he was no terrorist.

But the irony of it all is that man was something special and different, his innovation in pyrotechnics considering he had no internet was outstanding, he was just different and had spirit.

But they were going to try nail him no matter what, and to hell with with anybody that’s different to the norm.

Sorry no link to the case but it must have been in the press at the time.
Some others on here may know more and say something.
