I can now reveal that Wayne and Richard recently attended a meeting at the Home Office about the revision of MSER 9.(2)(a). Those also present at the meeting included the HSE and representatives of the Royal Institution.
We are not allowed to give precise details of what went on at the meeting (that's how these things are done, until they become law) but suffice it to say that it was a very positive meeting from the UKPS point of view.
Many thanks to Richard and particularly Wayne for getting the UKPS recognised at such a high level. We will let you know more as soon as we are able.
I know it sometimes seems as if nothing is happening, but rest assured it is. We just can't always tell you straight away, as much as we would like to!

Wow, to get an invite to the home office for discussions is very impressive indeed, well done Richard and a special thank you to Wayne for his continued dogged efforts on trying to fight our cause on this MSER front.
