Yes welcome !! I have been to india a fair few times and always partake in a little pyro whist their, and yes their pyro is unpredictable at best (funny stories and narrow escapes a plenty). However i totally agree with Spectrum about it being the future of firework manufacture and i'm good with that!! neither china nor india have great human rights records or working conditions, but india is certainly the best of a bad bunch.
2 x 3" retail shells with tubes irrc were about 400 rupees (about £6/7) last time i was there which ain't bad and their is quite a range of effects (pot luck thou the labels are just for show really)
