I unfortunately don't have any more details about this. The best quality tubes I've ever used were actually made in Italy. They're rolled from some sort of paper that is white instead of the normal brown of kraft or chipboard. I really don't know what sort of paper it is, but I would suspect something other than traditional wood based pulp as I don't think it was bleached. Maybe someone is familiar with this product and could give you more help, because that is about all I know. It might be a cheaper alternative to importing NEPT to the UK.
