Can anyone suggest where I may find a cheap supply of these ?
No particular size.

This is a good online store. The only thing with mail order is it has to be a specialist courier delivery.

It's for the do hence needs to be commercial.
Those prices are just too expensive.

How much were you expecting them to be? Between £6 and £11 for 3 motors has always been the usual price.

 

D6 - 0's will lift a pretty large header.

C6's might be good for 3 inch headers but I've never tried.

They have never been particularly cheap but I recall getting a bag of 24 sometime for a quid each.
I have reloadable motors, I just want these for fun, items of erratic flight.

I think you mean this but I've never seen it that cheap unless you have a trade source for a school or college.
