a warning!, I was trying to be clever messing around with old microwave ovens when a couple of mins into a test it went wrong I damaged my facial skin and hair, so don't play with microwaves a warning... watch the full vid and make your mind up the doc

Always test for microwave leaks. A simple microwave leak detector circuit.

Ah thanks guys for the kind comments ,:) part two is uploaded, not figured out how to use it yet but I made something that looked more like a acorn than a sphere ha ha
