Thixotropic epoxys are used extensively in electronics manufacture. There are two common uses/families of encapsulant/glue, one for something called "Glob Top" encapsulation which is on the rare side and difficult to get hold of, and another that is used for glueing components to PCB's which is far more abundant in terms of easily available stock.
They are typically one part and themperature cure (~120 to 150 C for a couple of minutes) (and expensive per unit volume), is this what you're after; the one part / temperature cure bit? If so I can point you in the right direction. I don;t know of any two part room temperature cure ones.
