I have the opportunity to organise a course on safe firing of cat 4 fireworks run by Illuminate Consult. Possibly in the early summer.

 

Is there any interest? Expected cost £150 - 200 according to location.

“safe firing of cat 4 fireworks” is that hands on, I thought that part has been deleted from the course.

I have already said on a previous thread that I hoped to offer a similar course in West Yorkshire this year, obviously distance is a factor for most people but if this goes ahead there will be places available and I hope to make it cheaper than £150 all going to plan.

I am assuming that this is a separate course to, a person with specialist knowledge course?

Well I aim to get prices from them and see what everyone wants / needs from their course. I know many of the courses are packages of others IE the person with specialist knowledge course is part of some of the other courses.

No specific updates no though I will make a move on it as it does seem there are a few people interested, If possible can all those who would be interested in attending a course copy and paste the list I start here, adding themselves to it along with what you NEED and WANT the course to provide you. The course is likely to be held in the BD21 postcode area.

This course isn't suitable to count as proof of competence for the ELO requirements is it?
