I'm just deciding if this is going to be worthwhile for a 5 -6 hr round trip for the talks as I cant stay for the evening events.

Is there any update on the replacement for Danny and the subject of Phill's talk.

My problem is I've seen Ron L. talking  before and I think Roger's bit will irritate me :-) (no offence Arthur)

The chance of cheap meths might just sway it though.

Decisions, decisions.

Danny Kaye? I didn't know he wasn't talking now. I thought I was keeping my eye on things but missed that one.

Come on Martyn

It is always good to see you along at the events. I am sure the general gossip will be worth it alone (but there is a much cheap meths available as anyone could ever want).

No, I wouldn't t do that Vic.

I just happen to disagree with what (I think) he is doing.

Let's leave it at that on here.

Anyway, lets see see what the content is. You never know it may be a useful beginners course to get over the safety basics, which is not a bad thing. It does not have to have any other purpose than that.

I'm very humbled that my talk may help sway you Martyn :-)

It's been suggested Steve that a talk by he and I together over what we intend to do post-vote were we to hold the chairmans position. I'm more than happy to do so but I think as we now have so much free time that another subject too actually about pyrotechnics would be ideal.

Is there anything you'd personally like me to discuss?

Can't think of anything deep and meaningful off the top of my head. :)

One thing many members would find useful, and which you seem pretty good  at is chemical sourcing.

Obviously, as a supplier you won't want to give too many top tips away, but a general overview would be interesting.

This was sparked (get it) from the recent thread about zirconium. Not easy to find.

I haven't found it easy to get a sensible price Ken.

Where is it easy to get it from please, can you say where you got yours.

start a new thread if you like as this is going a bit off topic :)
