Sounds good.

Just one thing - No Fee!!!

The test is  - if you pay for a storage licence then your certificates also are chargeable. You wont be getting a store licence so free certificates. Work/leisure use is not applicable.

Cheers Danny,

Just to confirm, I was sent a fees list very similar to on the link below, obviously the first two tables are not applicable as they refer to licensed storage, so AO for UNMAN2 is free, however does the third table regarding A&K black powder apply here, i.e. "Acquire and keep black powder at a site holding alicence or zero separation distance store where the application is not at the same time apply for RFD, firearm or shotgun"

so a cost of £44 applies?

Its a badly structured table of fees. And incorrectly lifted from the Regs.

The addition of the phrase "or zero separation distance store" is suggesting that a fee is payable even when there is no licence.

Trust me it is free.....

I have to chat with the D&C ELO's who run that part of their website and will raise the issue with them.

For clarity go to ER2014 Schedule 13 part 2 Para 29 onwards.

Have spoken to D&C re this.

Just re-read their fees chart.

You should have been referred to the box that states -

Grant or Renewal of a certificate to acquire and keep black powder only in circumstances other than those listed above (other legal place of keeping) Free

Its free - like I said.
