Nope but it is just the sort of thing that fills me with dread. Even if you are careful and observe the regs you know just how you'll be treated if someone with a grudge shouts "explosives".
I had the audacity recently to launch a small salvo of 5 War Hawk rockets from my own back garden but in daylight for my daughter's prom and the reaction from one of my more distant neighbours was extraordinary. They were literally running around in a panic shouting "what was the explosion??". I shouted across to them "Fireworks for my daughters prom". Yes you've guessed it...they heard something, something BOMB!
I spent the next 10 minutes calming them down. We live in a time of absolute hysteria when it comes to pyro explosives.
Sorry for my cynicism. I hope they have actually caught someone who was being a menace and should have known better etc.

A paramedic friend has lots of stories about calls that should never have been -his latest one being a baby with wind -just needed a gentle tummy rub! And some tales of blood and gore.
Let's see whether any details ever emerge from this -chemicals includes EVERYTHING. Let's see whether it was justified or not -paranoia rules. Baby Bio and bog rolls will soon be watched as fertiliser and pipes for bombs!

News to me - I'm in Scotland and haven't been aware of anything on the TV regarding this.
