What is the law on sugar rockets and anyone got any advice on making them

use  oven dried  at 110 C  then   very finely ground KNO3  out of a coffee mill  or ball mill  stirred into the melted sugar.  They are superb but they absorb damp very quickly so i put a silica jell dessicant bag in with each rocket motor,  After that I seal them with a vacuum bag food sealer and weigh them to the nearest milligramme . This check weight label enables me to confirm they are fit for use by re weighing just prior to firing . Strong parallel wound cases are vital .
