Dmitry, where does your machine keep the roll of paper while it is winding the shell? The housing looks small. Does your tape come with gum or do you use paper tape and apply gum on the machine?
From youtube vids I think the Chinese use plain paper tape and the tape is wet with glue as it is wound onto the shell.
Keep mannequins and watermelons away from fireworks..they always get hurt..

The tape passes through the dispenser with glue. Kraft paper (15 mm) is first wound onto a wheel, and then rolled on the shell, because of this very small size of the machine for gluing the shell.

Hello Dmitry,
Really good to see what is happening in the pyrotechnic scene in the Russian federation, Moscow no less! I wish I could write in Russian!!
I did try to click on the link you included in your post but get the 404 message. If you could try to sort that out at some point it would keep things in order.
It is good to see someone of your age so enterprising and hope you do well. Please do keep us updated with your progress.

Dmitry,
Thanks for your contribution, even though I do not understand Russian I was able to watch the videos closely and I'm sure others will also enjoy them as much I did.
Your work area looked good too. Mine is full of high voltage equipment at the moment and needs tiding up!

Thank you all very much for the comments.Crossetts everything will be! I will soon be preparing for the contest of homemade pyrotechnics in Russia. And there just will likely be crossetts. Since last year, my work in 4" shell with crossetts https://youtu.be/cDY7ApQvNPo

If you delete the two % characters in the url in the browser address bar, that worked for me.

PyroPractic - have you ever thought of using a method similar to this - it seems a lot faster :

Now I pump in press and I'm not sure that with this option it turns out tightly, and I do not quite understand how they are pressed and what they wet that would be strong.
