Plastic ball shell failure.

Just wondered if anybody has had a repeated failure on the 3inch plas. gamon ball shells. Even a conservative 10% of BP tends to shatter them at the base of the fuse insert. Cutting the lift charge helps, but at a reduction of performance. No, I do not use flash. This has not happened on the 2inch or 4 inch.

Delay compositions.

Hi all, I am trying to come up with a recipe for a delay in a rocket header. Nothing too exotic! I have the usual chemicals and such, so a reply from someone would be gratefully received.
