Someone Pyro?s knows a composition to make this effect with golden/silver flashes, as SEQUIN, and delayed long tail of 4 wheels rising ? :o

Note: this effect is different of WILLOW, TIGER TAIL or KAMURO.
Here, in Spain, the name of this effect, is: "LENTEJUELA DORADA".
