Dunno if anyones interested but hopefully by mid-summer I will have a site up that can be used to accept credit card payments. It will be a UK equililant to http://www.2checkout.com/ only you will be able to host the entire web-shop if you want. The address is http://www.sellsomestuff.com/; I would finish it now but A levels are nail bitingly close and I just don't have the time.

P.S. When its up just drop me a PM and I'll do you an account, setup fee free.

If you paid by credit card you should be fine. Just ring up your credit card company, tell them that you have not received the goods and they should start a chargeback. You may not even have to say 'its for making fireworks'. If they can't prove they dispatched the goods and you don't get them you are legally enititled to full reimbursement.

I got sick of getting a pathetic yield using LoSalt and so I use pure potassium chloride from Garden Chemicals. It is expensive though, but it works, the postage is cheaper than labpak and I don't get such bad sodium contamination.

Just a pedantic point, most visco contains a perchlorate based composition to make it safe with chlorates.

Ar, its a darn risky business. I have considered setting up a site my self but in the UK, its more or less impossible. No one will ship any of the chemicals, you are at risk at being sued (disclaimers mean nothing in the UK) and if the HSE finds out, bang goes your website, BPS clubhouse and perhaps you freedom. Even if you don't sell the chemicals, selling shell hemis and tube 'for pyrotechnic use' is just asking for trouble.
Just be careful.
