Sorry to be a buzzkill but I will have to ask you to refer to the existing threads (specifically on applying for AAK certs) as this is a commonly asked question and tends to go round in circles if allowed to continue.

If you struggle to find them would someone please be kind enough to link them here for him?

Apoligies. What does AAK mean?

Before anyone does though have you now referenced the documents and established the regulations for you aquiring and storing said fuse as exat suggested?

Yep. 0105 is the UN code for FUSES, SAFETY. Also, any fuse I buy is required to be properly labelled, both on the fuse (if I have read that correctly) and the container/ packaging, giving the country of origin, the manafacturer, the site it was made on and product ID number, as well as its barcode. :)

I can imagine that would be the requirement for any chemical you'd buy. It makes perfect sense.

It is ok. It reflects upon these forums quite well, however. Unless I'm missing a section, it looks half dead from here, which sucks.

If only I could go back to 2003, lol.

Awesome, thanks. I wrote this before you first replied to my other post. I didn't feel it was very close to the other one in topic. I'll definitly contact the sellers I've found. Can anyone recommend a reputable seller of pyro and/or chemistry items that sells cheap visco? Is there an updated thread maybe?

Thanks again.

Cheers guys. Yeah. Legislation can be confusing and somewhat contradictory for those untrained in reading it. I sometimes wonderif they write it to purposly confuse people.

I was giving consideration to the SGC recently. It would certainly save the hassle now considering this. You can adapt shtguns to fire like muzzleloaders using a special shell. I'm not sure of the legality of this here, but I'll probably bring it up when I get round to joining a club.

What's a legit reason to have an explosives cert? Will pyro/ science experiemtns be enough? Also, what would one put down regarding experience of use?

Yeah true. I beleive, although I could be completely wrong, educational institutions and museums are also exempt to an extent, obviosuly meeting the experimental and education requirement.

Obviously not to all of which mentioned, but I can think of numerous reasons why a school or unviersity would need +12% H202 or mercury. I do also wonder about mercury thermometers too. It's a shame this means they cannot be sold as antiques. They are very collectable.
