Hi
Could someone tell me how much packaging you're supposed to remove from fireworks before launching? Some have cellaphane (plastic) covers over the top, particularly the Roman Candles and others have just a sort of papery cover over the top. Should I remove this or will the launch blast through it? Don't need to worry about weather protection as it's only for a garden display.
Oh and when it comes to Nov 5th, which supermarkets tend to stock the best selection, if it makes any difference?
