My new website may be of interest to those of you who collect firework memorabilia: Firework Ads
These adverts can be useful for dating old firework and box styles and are a great indication of the huge popularity of fireworks in Britain in days gone by.
I've also mentioned the excellent UKPS Wells at Amberley project.
John Bennett produced the site for me and it will be highlighted in the next issue of Fireworks Magazine.
If anyone can supply further information relating to the adverts shown or about missing adverts I should be grateful to hear from you.

I thought you might like to see these adverts for some very interesting vintage firework designs which were well ahead of their time.

The last one reminds me of the little Brock's (Chinese) Flashing Firework With Voice that did not appear until the late 1970's in their selection boxes.
