I have a 150mw Laserworld Laser. I used it in my show recently, a video of which is in the shows section. I'm going to sell it though as it's only a DMX laser and for the smoothest movement and custom pattern creation you really need and ILDA laser, which usually have upwards of 20k scanning.

I think anyone attempting to build or convert one is simply mad. They are VERY dangerous, as much as pyrotechnics I would say, because the damage they can cause can be unnoticeable at first and also most people will not have the professional instruments available to measure outputs levels and radiation etc. Always buy a professionally built laser is my advice and get clued up on how to use it. Audience scanning for example has it's hazards with just about any laser.

they're made by using a squat gerb with no choke, with a core all the way down. The grain seemed to have been pressed on a convex nipple, thus forming a kind of nozzle at the end of the core

That explains it then lol

well the way they work is they can make me 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" tubes of almost any wall thickness I want. Each tube size is a seperate run, so I pay setup then per tube, obviously the total price is divided by all the tubes giving a price per tube.

Unfortunately as the setup fee is so large and is paid for every separate size I have made it is almost pointless getting only 1000 or even 2000 of a size as the setup fee divided up makes them too expensive,

I have however an advantage as these tubes will have far thicker walls than anything I have ever seen before so I know they will be popular once they have earned themselves a name.

realistically I want to get 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" tubes but that would mean (if I am to get all the sizes) a minimum of 20,000 tubes and to make the price per tube better 40,000 tubes which is to say the least A LOT.

Well like I say eBay might be a good place to offload a few, especially if you do them in big packs i.e. 50+

But theres also alot of firework sites that dont sell tubes, or not a good variety. Perhaps if you approach them and do some networking you could offload some more? You never know somebody might actually chip in with you as it would be a good deal for them!

Im listening guys but still Im sorry to say that to make it possible I may have to have about 3,000 tubes witha home already to go to before I can place an order and even then Ill have 2,000 left and price would be almost double what it would be if I ordered 10,000!

I will definately order them should the homes be found for the poor things but I need orders of 3 or 5 hundred to make it possible.

Is it possible you could split different sizes into a variety pack? Might be able to get more people to buy them then.

Also what about eBay? Theres no one selling pyro tubes on ebay now, so maybe you could flog a few on there as well...
