Does anyone know if Rustin's Clear Metal Lacquer is Nitrocellulose Laquer or an acceptable replacement.

On the back it says extremely flammable, and to clean any brushes used for it to be cleaned with cellulose thinners.

Thanks

2-1/2" Length
1/2" ID
4mm Nozzle
quarter length core
unaltered willow meal propellant.

The header was a 1" plastic ball shell, only pulverone break as it was just a test.
