as the title may suggest to those of you who know the outcome, have i actually made any NaClO3 what so ever, or just a dangerous or toxic solution that one should probably dispose of with some haste.


things to consider:

1000ml fully saturated with pure ( no anti caking agent ) salt

cell operated at room temp for 30 hours @ 20vDC / 3A

ive decided to make a saltpetre pile to save having to buy kno3 at savage prices, so i have some cows p*** and s*** together with some grass and ash, souring away in the garden. has anyone done this before? how long until i can expect to see some lovely chunks of saltpetre
